These Terms of Service govern your use of Gridly: 4:5 Grid Maker ("Gridly"), provided by Althaf Studio ("we", "us", or "our"). By using Gridly, you agree to these terms.

Using Gridly

Gridly provides tools to edit, split, preview, and export images for social-media layouts. You are responsible for the images and content you select, create, export, or share using the app. Only use content you own or have permission to use.

Purchases and subscriptions

Some Gridly features may require a one-time purchase or another paid offer made available through Google Play. Payments, refunds, and purchase management are handled under Google Play's terms and policies. Available paid features and prices may change before you complete a purchase.

Ads

The free version of Gridly may display advertising from Google AdMob. Advertising availability and personalization may depend on your device, region, and privacy choices.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse Gridly, attempt to interfere with its operation, reverse engineer it except where applicable law permits, or use it to violate the rights, privacy, or intellectual property of others.

Availability and updates

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of Gridly. We do not guarantee that every feature will always be available or error-free.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Gridly is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. You are responsible for reviewing exported content before publishing it. To the extent permitted by law, Althaf Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of Gridly.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Continued use of Gridly after updated terms are posted means you accept the updated terms.
